Nine of a Kind

This Nine of a Kind is a sort of 2D Rubik Cube. Your final target is to match all the figures of the same color in a single 9 x 9 block. For such purpose you'll have to rotate and flip all the tiles to swap places, but you've got a limited number of movements so think your strategy well before moving.
